    Eric has 35 years’ experience in the property business having worked in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and in Eastern Europe in a variety of differing property roles.

    Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the Ulster University, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and he is an RICS Registered Valuer. Eric is also a member of the Northern Ireland Rural Valuer’s Association (NIRVA) .

    Eric acquired the practice of TL Graham & Son in January 2010 and says:

    “TL Graham & Son has been a household name through the south Co. Down area for almost 100 years having been established back in 1930 and I am proud to have carried on that proud tradition over the last 15 years”
